One of the most important truths in this world of heavy confusion is that you don't need to conform to any of those fad diets and go "low carb" or "low fat", or high or low anything to be successful in losing enough body fat to get lean and see your abs.  Balance is the key by eating nutrient dense foods that are naturally unprocessed and inherently good for us

Safe NON-diet Food Tips for Quick Natural Fat Loss

1. Get enough quality protein daily and it'll give you a higher thermic effect than carbs and fat (so you burn more calories digesting it), and it  creates satiety so your hunger is satisfied longer.  Plus it's a building block for maintaining and building lean muscle mainly for controlling your metabolism.

2. Think fiber and make sure that almost all of your carbohydrate intake is from higher fiber sources like vegetables, fruits, and high fiber unrefined grains. Try to avoid refined grains and sugars, that is one of the main reasons so many people fight with body fat.  I don't eat many grains, I prefer to get most of my carbs from veggies, fruits and  sprouted grains.  I generally recommend looking for carbohydrate sources with at least 2-3 grams of fiber per each 10 grams of total carbs.  Also fiber helps fill you up and slows down the glycemic response of foods to help get you lean !

3. Don't be afraid to eat enough healthy fats daily !  Many try to go way too low on their fat intake and it can negatively affect hormone levels in your body causing more cravings.  Good saturated fats are all nuts and seeds, nut butters, avocados, olive oil, organic meats and eggs, coconuts and virgin coconut oil and tropical oils.

4. Avoid artificial trans fats from margarines, shortening, and hydrogenated oils and high fructose corn syrup (HFCS)  that are in most processed foods, also in almost all sweetened food + drinks on the market.

Eat Plenty of Low Calorie - High Fiber Organic Fruits And Vegetables that are Rich in Minerals - No Herbecides or Pesticides From a Local Farmers Market or Natural Whole Foods Stores
